In a shocking revelation, a new study has exposed the unprecedented infiltration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the federal government under the Biden administration.

The report, conducted by the Functional Government Initiative and the Center for Renewing America, uncovered a staggering $1 trillion in taxpayer money funneled into DEI programs…money that could have been used to address pressing national issues like inflation, border security, or infrastructure.

Instead, it was spent on embedding divisive and controversial ideologies into nearly every corner of the federal bureaucracy.
The DEI Onslaught: A Government Overhaul
The study identified 460 DEI-related programs across 24 federal agencies, ranging from the Department of Defense to FEMA and the Labor Department.
These programs weren’t just minor initiatives; they were deeply entrenched policies aimed at reshaping the foundational principles of American governance.

The study estimates that over $1.1 trillion was spent on DEI-related programs during Biden’s tenure.

To put that into perspective, that’s more than the GDP of most countries.
Yet, despite this astronomical spending, there’s little evidence these programs have achieved meaningful results. Instead, they’ve sown division, prioritized identity over merit, and diverted resources from critical national priorities.
The report categorizes the programs into three groups:
10 programs exclusively dedicated to DEI—ripe for immediate elimination.
144 programs allocating significant resources to DEI—requiring thorough review.
306 programs incorporating DEI to varying degrees—needing further scrutiny.
This classification provides a roadmap for the Trump administration to dismantle these embedded initiatives… and restore a focus on merit-based governance.
The Anti-American Ideology Taking Root
Wade Miller, a senior adviser at the Center for Renewing America, didn’t mince words: “DEI is deeply rooted throughout all aspects of the federal government, and it needs to be eliminated completely.”

He questioned why such ideologies were forced onto agencies like the military, the Commerce Department, and the EPA—entities that should prioritize national security, economic growth, and environmental protection over woke agendas.

As Americans, we must ask ourselves:
Do we want a government that values merit, efficiency, and unity… or one that prioritizes divisive ideologies at the expense of taxpayer dollars and national progress?
